Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre

I have been staying at Le Royal Club which is a separated building from the rest of the hotel. The hotel staff is extremely professional and helpful, and delivers a very good service making the staying relaxing and very enjoyable. I have been appreciating it in particular during breakfast and buffet in the evening. The hotel offers several good restaurants and bars to satisfy all different tastes. The pool within the garden was a plus: quiet and relaxing. In my opinion much better than usual rooftop pools available in most hotels. Definitely an excellent quality-price ratio.

The Hotel is very nice and very well located, but the exceptional experience was the staff. We got stuck for one night in Dubai due to a Lufthansa cancellation desaster. Our booking was therefore a necessity rather than an travel choice. The Hotel turned a very stressful experience for our family with two little kids, into a very nice experience. The airport pickup was excellent, the food great, the people friendly, and the staff went out of their way to even decorate our room, for the birthday of our son, who turned for during our 1 day stay. The room was super nice, spacious and convenient, the facilities from the multiple pools to gym, etc. were absolutely great. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Truth be told, I rarely leave reviews of hotels, though this time is an exception. I've spent roughly 20 days at Le Meridien and - honestly - it's been one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The service and all the stuff has been great, always available but never invadent. The room, the in-room service and the cleaning team have been great. I'm quite picky with cleanliness and finally I've found a hotel in which I really have nothing to worry about. Apart from that, the hotel itself is really great and well designed/thought. I've booke a Royal Club room, and if you have the chance, do the same. The afternoon tea and the happy-hour are really worth doing. We've been so addicted to it that sometimes we would plan our day to be there at least for one of the two.

No complaints. - Clean, well decorated rooms and communal areas. - Massage chair in the room. - Very friendly and professional staff. - Happy hours (free drinks and food) and (free) afternoon tea - Early check in (10 am) and late check out (4 pm) free of charge. - Good breakfast with plenty of choice. - Some good restaurants in the resort, including well-priced buffet and a Lebanese one which has a show with live music in the evening. - Ok gym and pools. - Very close to the airport (virtually in front of it) and relatively close to Dubai Mall. - Free hotel pick up and drop off

We spent 24 hours here , breaking our plane trip from Catania to Sydney . From our pickup at the airport at near midnight to checkin , everything went smoothly . The hotel is quite beautiful, with the most comfortable rooms . We had a fantastic sleep in a large comfortable bed . Breakfast was the most plentiful I have ever seen , catering for all tastes . We ordered room service and ate at one restaurant. This is quite an amazing hotel providing excellent service by polite ,helpful staff . We will most certainly stay here again
